Flooding hit Oyoyo in Africa, after 1day raining

Africa- After it has been raining more than 24 hours in Oyoyo city of Africa, it caused flooding all over the city.

Thunderstorm hit all over areas of Oyoyo city at midnight on 1 March, 2012. Level of water has increased continuously. The governor said  “level of water would rising to overwhelm houses  if the rains would not stop raining and all houses would be inundated”.

 “More than 1,000 households were cut off and 2,000 residents evacuated” the mayor of Oyoyo reported at 7.a.m. of 2 March, 2012. He also warned “the left households have been forced to evacuate as soon as possible without worried about their belongings”.

 According to the aerial, the level of water would be high to 2 meters. It looked like an inland sea. Oyoyo Metropolitan Administration (OYMA) declared “Now, the Oyoyo city is in the red zones,”

The governor said “Seven schools were closed and three hospitals had been evacuated”. Two coma patients had reportedly been dead during being transferred to another town due to the infection of the bacteria from flooding.

Flooding causes the disease named “A3” which can outbreak person to person by touching or using items together. OYMA warned “People should wear boots and not use items by unnecessary with others. Every households should follow his suggestion and move to the temporary center which the government of Oyoyo had provided.”

“Now Death toll reached 300 people and 129 were lost. The government of Oyoyo has to cut off the electricity because most of people died by being shocked from electricity.” the Government of Oyoyo reported.

“The aid is quite difficult to sent relief supplies bags because every road is paralyzed by flooding.” the government of Oyoyo said.

The Oyoyo city has never been flooding before because it is the droughty area. It might be the effect of global warming.
